Job summary

Reliable Home Care Providers, Inc. is seeking an Arabic-speaking RN or LPN to provide skilled home health visits in Morton Grove, Niles, Skokie and parts of Chicago.

We offer $75–$85 per visit, mileage reimbursement, self-scheduling, and a $300 sign-on bonus after 90 days, plus full-time or part-time opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active Illinois nursing license (RN or LPN) in good standing.
• Fluent in both Arabic and English.
• CPR/BLS certification and valid driver's license with a reliable vehicle.
• Home health experience and familiarity with OASIS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform skilled home visits and nursing assessments from admission through discharge.
• Develop and revise individualized plans of care based on patient needs.
• Coordinate care with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team.
• Supervise LPNs and HHAs as appropriate and document in EMR.
