Qualifications
Must be a current Illinois State RN.
Bilingual in Russian and English is required.
CPR Certification is mandatory.
Previous experience in nursing or related health field is necessary.
Responsibilities
Complete nursing process for patient care including assessment and planning.
Oversee patient from admission to discharge.
Develop a care plan based on patient findings.
Maintain communication with all parties involved in patient care.
Complete nursing documentation timely.
Supervise clinical care team members.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary team for comprehensive patient care.
