Social Factor is seeking Arabic-speaking moderators for flexible, project-based, or part-time work. Some projects may require 24/7 coverage, suitable for early birds or night owls. US- or UK-based moderators are encouraged to apply and work on projects for various global brands.

The role involves moderating in English and Indonesian as well, developing vibrant communities and ensuring brand voice is consistently upheld across platforms.

Competenze

• Native-level understanding of Arabic language
• Deep understanding of language pop culture, nomenclature, cultural references, and slang
• Able to understand client's brand voice & accurately engage with users
• Previous social media moderation experience required; live stream moderation is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (mirror voice/tone of multiple brands)
• Excellent spelling and grammar skills (tests will be given)
• Knowledge of major social media platforms: YouTube, FB, X, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
• PC with Windows 10 and macOS 12; internet speed minimum 150 Mbps
• AI is encouraged for interview prep but not during live interview conversations

• Build and grow digital communities for well-known brands as opportunities arise.
• Monitor and participate on major platforms: YouTube, Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
• Assist with live stream moderation when required.
