Social Factor is seeking talented Language Community Moderators to work on projects on a part-time, temporary basis. Ideal candidates are native Arabic speakers with strong understanding of culture, slang, and brand voice, able to moderate across major social platforms and manage real-time interactions.

The role offers flexible schedules, remote work from US states (including Maryland) or UK-based opportunities, and the chance to contribute to digital communities for well-known brands.

Qualifications

• Native-level understanding of Arabic language.
• Deep understanding of Arabic pop culture, nomenclature, and slang.
• Experience in social media moderation is required.
• Live stream moderation experience is a plus.
• Familiar with Sprinklr, Khoros, or Sprout Social.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and ability to mirror brand voice.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
