Social Factor is seeking a part-time Social Media Community Moderator with native Arabic skills to build and nurture online communities for global brands. The role includes engaging users in brand voice, moderating comments, and supporting live streams where available.

Candidates should have strong communication, knowledge of major platforms, and the ability to adapt to different brand styles. Flexible schedules and project-based work are offered.

Qualifications

• Native-level Arabic language proficiency.
• Deep understanding of Arabic pop culture, slang, and references.
• Able to mirror brand voice and engage users appropriately.
• Experience in social media moderation required; livestream moderation a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication; grammar tested.
• Familiar with major platforms: YouTube, Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn.
• Technical setup: Windows 10, macOS 12, internet 150 Mbps.
• AI tools allowed for practice; live interview use prohibited.

Responsibilities

• Moderate social media communities for multiple brands.
• Engage with users in line with client voice and guidelines.
• Support brands during 24/7 rotation where applicable.
