Social Factor is hiring a Community Moderator with Arabic language experience to help build and grow online communities for top brands. We offer flexible schedules, with some shifts available 24/7 to fit diverse lifestyles. Our client needs are constantly changing, and moderator roles can be project-based, temporary or part-time.

You will monitor engagement, enforce guidelines, and respond to users in real time, while collaborating with teams across platforms and brands.

Qualifications

• Native-level understanding of Arabic language and culture.
• Ability to mirror voice/tone across multiple brands.
• Experience moderating social media and live streams is a plus.
• Familiarity with Sprinklr, Khoros or Sprout Social preferred.
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking and workflow-following abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong spelling/grammar.
• Proactive, energetic and able to adapt in a fast-growing environment.
• Knowledge of major platforms: YouTube, Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn.
