As a Community Moderator, you'll help develop growing digital communities for well-known brands by engaging with users, mirroring brand voice, and applying moderation best practices.

Qualifications

• Native-level understanding of Arabic language.
• Deep understanding of language pop culture, nomenclature, slang.
• Ability to mirror voice/tone of multiple brands.
• Previous social media moderation experience required.
• Familiar with major platforms: YouTube, Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn.

Responsibilities

• Moderate social communities for brands and engage with users according to brand voice.
• Support content review and policy enforcement across platforms.
• Assist in 24/7 shift readiness and flexible scheduling.
