Social Factor in the United States is seeking a Language Community Moderator with Arabic experience to help build and nurture online communities for well-known brands. The role offers flexible schedules and project-based, part-time work, with some shifts available 24/7 to fit varied lifestyles and client needs.

Candidates should have native-level Arabic, strong cultural understanding, and the ability to mirror brand voice across platforms.

Qualifications

• Native-level understanding of Arabic language.
• Deep understanding of language pop culture, nomenclature, slang.
• Able to understand client's brand voice & accurately engage with users.
• Previous social media moderation experience required; live stream moderation a plus.
• Sprinklr, Khoros, and/or Sprout Social experience is also a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; mirror voice/tone of brands.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities; follow guidelines.
• High energy and proactive approach.
• Interact with users in real-time across platforms.
• Knowledge of major social platforms: YouTube, Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn.
