Job summary

Social Factor is seeking project-based, temporary or part-time social media moderators with native Arabic proficiency. You will help build and grow digital communities for top brands across major platforms and work with English and Indonesian as needed.

Remote-friendly roles offer flexible schedules, including 24/7 availability. You will engage users in real-time, reflect brand voice, follow guidelines, and help troubleshoot issues as opportunities arise.

Qualifications

• Native-level understanding of Arabic language
• Deep understanding of language pop culture, nomenclature, slang
• Able to mirror client brand voice and engage with users
• Previous social media moderation experience is required; live stream moderation is a plus
• Sprinklr, Khoros, Sprout Social experience is a plus
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities; follow guidelines
• Excellent verbal and written communication; language tests may be required
• Proactive, energetic, and able to adapt in a fast-growing environment
• Interact with users in real-time and troubleshoot discussions
• Knowledge of major social media platforms: YouTube, Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn
