Job summary

Social Factor seeks skilled language moderators to support a range of projects on a temporary or part-time basis. The role focuses on Arabic-speaking communities and requires native-level Arabic, brand-voice alignment, and strong moderation experience.

Candidates should handle real-time engagement, understand cultural nuances, and manage multiple sessions across social platforms. Flexible schedules and AI-assisted interview prep are noted as helpful components of the process.

Qualifications

• Native-level understanding of Arabic language.
• Deep understanding of language pop culture, nomenclature, and slang.
• Able to understand client's brand voice & engage with users.
• Previous social media moderation experience is required; live stream moderation is a plus.
• Sprinklr, Khoros, and/or Sprout Social experience is a plus.
• Exceptional organizational, multitasking abilities, and ability to follow clear guidelines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; mirror voice/tone of multiple brands.
• Excellent spelling and grammar; language test may be given.
• High energy, proactive; able to multitask in a dynamic organization.
• Interact with users in real-time across major platforms.
• Knowledge of platforms: YouTube, Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn.
• Required: Windows 10 and macOS 12.X; minimum 150 Mbps internet.
