Qualifications

• Native-level understanding of Arabic language.
• Deep understanding of Arabic pop culture, nomenclature, and slang.
• Able to mirror brand voice & engage with users.
• Previous social media moderation experience required; live stream moderation is a plus.
• Sprinklr, Khoros, and/or Sprout Social experience is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; grammar tested.
• Strong willingness to learn and proactive approach.
• High energy with the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of major social platforms: YouTube, Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn.
