Welocalize, Inc. is hiring Data Labeling Analysts to support speech and voice AI systems. This 100% onsite role focuses on producing high-quality, well-structured language datasets across audio and language data, requiring precision and consistent performance in repetitive tasks.

Ideal candidates have native-level Arabic, strong writing, and at least 1 year of related work or a degree in a related field. The position offers full-time hours (40 per week) with a pay rate of $28/hour and no visa

Qualifications

• Native-level fluency in Arabic.
• Strong written communication skills.
• 1 year of work experience in data labeling, annotation, or content-focused work or a Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI model outputs and provide structured, high-quality feedback.
• Perform audit-based reviews of data and model behavior; identify patterns and edge cases.
• Apply guidelines thoughtfully and flag when they don’t reflect real-world scenarios.
• Contribute to improving evaluation frameworks, not just executing them.
• Identify trends in model performance and communicate insights clearly.
• Participate in team discussions, calibrations, and stakeholder syncs.
• Partner with leads and cross-functional teams to refine quality standards.
• Document findings in a clear, concise, and actionable way.
