Job summary

Wyetech, LLC is seeking a Cryptologic Training Developer to craft and teach cryptologic materials for SIGINT tasks, aligning with DoD requirements. The role uses blended learning with eLearning, video, readings, and demonstrations of required skills.

U.S. Citizenship and active TS/SCI with polygraph is required. Responsibilities include creating and validating training content, collaborating with government and contractor staff, and evaluating learner mastery across online and distance formats.

Qualifications

• Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint and Word at Level 1 or equivalent.
• TS/SCI clearance with agency polygraph.
• Bachelor’s degree in language, Area Studies, Education, Educational Technology, ISD, Intelligence, or related field.
• At least 1 year of recent experience in synchronous/asynchronous instructional design for adult learners using web-based or distance-learning tech.

Responsibilities

• Clarify customer requirements and training objectives.
• Prioritize training development requirements.
• Research domain resources for authentic content.
• Develop blended training materials with transcription, translation and analysis.
• Collaborate with instructors and government/contract staff.
• Use tools like Audacity and Adobe products for blended delivery.
• Coordinate with SIGINT experts to source materials.
• Create practical evaluations to test learning mastery.
• Identify learning applications and tools for delivery.
• Team with other instructors and developers.
