Job summary

CACI is seeking Cryptologic Language Training Developers – Level 1 in Chinese, Korean, Spanish, and Arabic to craft language training materials and evaluations. You’ll collaborate with instructors and developers to design, develop, and document domain-specific training materials to mirror analyst tasks.

Required is a BA/BS in a related field, ILR proficiency, and prior ISD-based development experience with both synchronous and asynchronous instruction tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in language, area studies, education, or ISD or related field.
• ILR proficiency: Russian and English as specified; documentation within last 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Clarify and document customer training requirements and language levels.
• Develop training materials including transcription, translation, and analysis.
• Collaborate with instructors and other developers on design and documentation of language training materials.
• Develop practical evaluations to test learner mastery of objectives.
