2020 Companies, in partnership with Meta, is seeking part-time Sales Specialists to work at Best Buy in Harvey, LA. You will guide customers through AR/VR Meta products, demonstrate features, and help them select optimal solutions while maintaining a high-quality brand experience.

The role emphasizes customer engagement, product knowledge, and a technology-first mindset. Schedule focuses on Fridays through Sundays with paid training, competitive pay, and ongoing development opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• A minimum of six months of experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecom, or marketing is preferred.
• An interest in AV and VR products is a plus.
• The ability to engage, demonstrate, and ask for the sale is necessary.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Impeccable integrity and a genuine commitment to exceeding customer expectations are crucial.
• Availability to work weekends and up to a minimum of three one-time weekday shifts is required.
• Own a smartphone with an equivalent operating system of an iPhone 11 or Samsung S25.

• Build Trust and Drive Sales: Build trust by understanding customer needs and confidently recommending the perfect Meta product.
• Be a Brand Ally: Represent Meta and 2020 Companies with professionalism and a welcoming approach, fostering positive relationships with customers and store staff.
• Hit Your Goals: Meet or exceed your monthly sales targets and contribute to the team's success.
• Maintain the Meta Magic: Keep Meta displays clean, organized, and visually appealing, ensuring the latest devices and promotions are showcased effectively.
• Be a Team Player: Partner with retail sales associates and leaders, share knowledge, and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
• Tech Savvy and Organized: Track customer interactions, feedback, and sales electronically. Submit daily reports with ease using your mobile device.
• Consistent Weekend Visits: The schedule is primarily Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts.
• Foster positive partner Field and Store relationships by adapting to local retail store environments, respecting established hierarchies, and adhering to all operational policies while representing 2020 companies.
