Job summary

2020 Companies, in partnership with Meta, is hiring part-time Sales Specialists to assist at Best Buy in Concord, NC. You will engage shoppers, demonstrate Meta products, and help customers choose the right devices, while training store staff on new AI apps and tools.

You’ll work a 20-hour weekend schedule (Fri 4–8pm, Sat 11am–7pm, Sun 11am–7pm) with competitive weekly pay and optional training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least six months in sales/retail/electronics/telecom/marketing preferred.
• Interest in AV and VR products a plus.
• Ability to engage, demonstrate, and ask for the sale.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work weekends and some weekday shifts.
• Own a smartphone and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and demonstrate Meta products.
• Build trust and drive sales by understanding customer needs.
• Be a brand ally, representing Meta and 2020 Companies.
• Hit monthly sales targets and contribute to team success.
• Maintain Meta displays, keeping devices and promotions visible.
• Team up with store staff and share knowledge.
• Track customer interactions and submit daily reports via mobile.
• Work primarily Friday, Saturday and Sunday shifts.
