Job summary

2020 Companies, in partnership with Meta, is hiring part-time Meta Sales Specialists to support market coverage in San Antonio. The role involves engaging shoppers, demonstrating Meta products, and guiding purchases at nearby retailers.

Shifts include evenings and weekends; 6 hours guaranteed per week with on-call hours. Training is provided online or at home, apparel is supplied, and partial mobile data plan reimbursement is offered.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecom, or marketing preferred.
• Ability to engage, demonstrate, and ask for the sale.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Availability to work weekends and at least three weekday shifts.
• Own a smartphone (equivalent OS to iPhone 11 or Samsung S25).

Responsibilities

• Engage shoppers and demonstrate Meta products to meet customer needs.
• Build trust and drive sales by recommending Meta products.
• Be a brand ally and represent Meta and 2020 Companies with professionalism.
• Hit monthly sales targets and contribute to team success.
• Maintain Meta displays and ensure promotions are visible and attractive.
• Coordinate with store staff and team members to deliver a great customer experience.
• Track customer interactions and submit daily reports via mobile device.
