Job summary

The Mom Project is seeking a Demand Planner on a 12-month contract to support demand planning for AR/VR hardware products. The role favors onsite work in Burlingame three days a week, with remote candidates located in PST also considered.

You will partner with sales, marketing, and channel operations to drive forecast accuracy and influence production and launch decisions. Strong analytics and experience with Excel/PowerPoint are required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in hardware demand forecasting.
• 6+ years of experience in business strategy, finance, analytics or sales planning.
• Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
• Hands-on, capable of working independently.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales, category, data analysts, and marketing to drive accurate demand planning.
• Build sell-through and sell-in forecasts using multiple datasets and present cycle results.
• Forecast and track weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly sales of hero hardware products in AR/VR.
• Own actuals vs forecast analyses and identify root causes for gaps.
• Share forecast assumptions and impact of activities with stakeholders.
