Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent with 1–2 years in a lead or supervisory role.
• Strong Excel skills including pivot tables and VLOOKUP for data analysis.
• In-depth knowledge of AR processes, cash applications and reconciliations.
• Familiarity with SAP ERP and MS Office applications.
• Ability to train and develop a team in a changing environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, customer service, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead AR operations including cash application and reconciliations.
• Drive process improvements to ensure timely collections and accuracy.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and training to the AR team promptly.
• Address performance issues and coach for a high-performing team.
• Monitor AR aging, resolve disputes, and report collection performance.
• Handle escalated concerns and resolve issues professionally and quickly.
• Serve as the primary contact for internal customers (Finance, Sales, Operations).
• Ensure workflow tasks are tracked and completed daily.
• Communicate effectively across levels of authority.
• Collaborate with management and agents to foster innovation and inclusion.
