Key Responsibilities for the AR Supervisor:
- Oversee daily accounts receivable operations, including cash applications and invoicing
- Lead and support a small AR team of specialists
- Manage customer reconciliations, credit memos, and payment applications
- Coordinate banking activities across multiple bank accounts and relationships
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of invoicing and cash posting activities
- Support audit preparation and AR process improvements
Qualifications for the AR Supervisor:
- 4-5+ years of Accounts Receivable experience
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience managing at least one direct report
- Strong background in cash applications and invoicing
- Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce/Nimble, or similar ERP/CRM systems
- Degree preferred
