Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily AR operations including cash applications and invoicing.
• Lead and mentor a small AR team of specialists.
• Manage customer reconciliations, credit memos, and payments.
• Coordinate banking activities across multiple bank accounts and relationships.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of invoicing and cash postings.
• Support audit prep and AR process improvements.
