CFS is hiring an AR Specialist for a 100% remote role. You will gain exposure to revenue operations and accounting processes impacting business performance, and work with modern financial platforms including Sage Intacct and Maxio.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Accounts Receivable experience required.
• Sage Intacct / Maxio experience is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Research and reconcile undeposited funds transactions
• Review invoices for accuracy and issuance
• Investigate and resolve accounts receivable discrepancies
• Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely billing and payment processing
• Complete ad hoc tasks & projects as requested
