e3 Diagnostics is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team in the regional office in Arlington Heights IL. The Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for managing and overseeing the Accounts Receivable processes.
Compensation: $25 per hour.

Responsibilities
- Become an expert in our OneDiagnostic computer system (Navision) while responding to customers and field sales teams.
- Provide excellent customer service with face‑to‑face, verbal, and written communication while working in a collaborative and team environment.
- Accurately process all customer payments (i.e., Checks, credit cards, electronic payments, etc.) in Navision.
- Accurately credit and rebill customers for over‑payments, missing PO#'s, and other reasons as necessary.
- Respond to customer (both internal and external) inquiries via phone, email.
- Review and, if appropriate, process debit and credit memos.
- Manage tax exempt certificate to include obtaining tax exempt certificates, entering in system, obtaining renewal before expiration, etc.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures.
- Maintain accurate files and documentation; participate in audits if necessary.
- Create and/or update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) throughout the year, collaborating with AR Team Lead and Corporate Controller
- Recommend methods for operational efficiency to drive business results
- All other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years' experience working in accounting or accounts receivable, related college course work and/or degree desirable
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Physically able to reach, stretch, bend, and sit for long periods of time during a daily routine.
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds.
