XYZ Reality Ltd. is seeking a Site Engineer to deliver XYZ Reality’s core service on construction projects, tracking progress against BIM models and performing on-site quality inspections using The Atom AR device.

The role requires practical construction experience, the ability to adopt XYZ Reality’s workflows quickly, and a commitment to data accuracy, reporting, and collaboration with on-site engineers. This is a permanent, on-site role with travel opportunities across the US and a competitive

Qualifications

• Experience working on construction sites.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Comfortable working with digital tools and software platforms.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced site environment.
• Basic IT Skills (Microsoft Suite).

Responsibilities

• Track construction progress against BIM models using XYZ’s Augmented Reality Device – The Atom.
• Conduct on-site quality inspections and raise observations on the XYZ Platform.
• Ensure these QA Issues are submitted to the client on a daily basis.
• Be responsible for the quality of your work ensuring that it follows outlined workflows and standards.
• Maintain high levels of data accuracy and reporting standards.
• Collaborate with other engineers on-site to ensure full coverage of the project.
• Support the Lead Engineer in maintaining operational standards.
