Job summary

XYZ Reality Ltd. is seeking a Lead Site Engineer to oversee day-to-day site activities on major construction projects in the US. You will lead Site Engineers and Graduates, ensure adherence to workflows, QA procedures, and data capture, and coordinate with the client for progress and quality.

Responsibilities include progress tracking with BIM models, QA inspections, and driving adoption of XYZ’s AR platform The Atom on site. Strong leadership and communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience on large-scale construction projects.
• Experience supervising or coordinating small teams.
• Understanding of construction drawings, BIM models, and site workflows.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and client stakeholders.
• Comfortable using digital construction tools and new technologies.
• Basic IT skills (Microsoft Suite).

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily activities of Site Engineers and Graduate Site Engineers on the project.
• Ensure all team members follow company workflows, QA procedures, and data capture standards.
• Drive adoption of the XYZ platform among client teams and stakeholders.
• Conduct progress tracking against BIM models using XYZ’s Augmented Reality Device – The Atom.
• Perform on-site QA inspections and record findings within the XYZ platform.
• Attend and contribute to weekly coordination meetings with the client to review quality issues and progress.
• Monitor quality issues raised by the engineering team and ensure they are reviewed and closed out by the client.
• Provide coaching and support to Site Engineers to maintain high delivery standards.
• Escalate risks, blockers, or performance issues to project management when necessary.
