Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Two to four years of healthcare revenue cycle management experience.
• Proficiency in EPIC and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Strong knowledge of CPT, ICD-10 coding and billing regulations.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• 90-day probationary period with WFH schedule based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and review outstanding claims, focusing on no response or denials; resubmit accurately.
• Investigate and address claim denials to secure rightful reimbursement.
• Manage incoming correspondence (EOBs, RA) and take necessary actions.
• Follow up on aging accounts receivable to resolve balances and secure payment.
• Stay up-to-date with HIPAA, CMS, and other regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve complex billing issues.
