Job summary

Core Clinical Partners seeks an Accounts Receivable Manager to lead the AR function and a team from our Lafayette, LA office in a hybrid role. Reporting to the Director of Revenue Cycle, this position develops processes to improve cash flow and overall AR health, oversees outsourced and internal AR activities, and drives performance improvements across the department.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• High school diploma with at least four (4) years of healthcare experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee AR aging, clearinghouse rejections, and payer denials.
• Identify root causes and improve clean claim rate and reduce denials.
• Assign aging buckets, manage a team, and monitor KPIs.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on recruitment, onboarding, and training.
• Document and trend collection activities; report to stakeholders.
