Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
• High school diploma with at least four years of healthcare experience required.
• Experience supervising staff is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of AR aging, outsourcing, rejections, and payer denials.
• Identify root causes and improve clean claim rate and denial percentage.
• Assign problematic AR aging buckets to the team for resolution.
• Support leadership in recruiting, onboarding, and evaluations.
• Document, analyze, and trend collection activities for stakeholders.
• Set goals, create plans, and report KPIs to stakeholders.
• Trend AR and denials issues and communicate process improvements.
• Maximize revenue through review of accounts and denials.
• Prepare reports to support department goals and KPIs.
• Stay updated on federal, state, and payer guidelines.
• Facilitate special projects and requests as needed.
• Develop quality control programs and provide feedback.
• Participate in meetings and training for continuous improvement.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
