Job summary

Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits in Tampa, FL is seeking an Accounts Receivable Operations Manager responsible for governance, compliance, resolution, and reporting across customer credit balances and the broader AR function.

You will lead end-to-end AR processes, oversee unclaimed property activities, and develop dashboards while partnering with local AR leads to improve controls, accuracy, and efficiency across the receivables function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related field with 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with unclaimed property/escheatment programs.
• Deep knowledge of end-to-end AR processes, collections, cash application, and credit management.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end management of customer credit balances, including reconciliation and resolution of aged credits.
• Support AR lifecycle: cash application, deductions/short-pay resolution, write-offs, and disputes.
• Oversee unclaimed property and escheatment activities, including state reporting and audits.
