EFG Company is seeking an Accounts Receivable Supervisor to ensure accurate invoice processing, oversee daily cash postings, and optimize cash flow through effective collection strategies. You will manage AR aging, monitor balances, and support month-end close while driving process improvements with ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Process and oversee daily cash postings and AR balances.
• Monitor AR aging and support communications with sales/management for timely resolutions.
• Handle deposits, AR postings, and miscellaneous deposits.
• Generate manual billings and process monthly dealer refunds.
• Support ongoing collection efforts and reconcile customer accounts.
• Prepare for month-end close with variance reviews and AR close support.
• Contribute to SOP updates and system testing; support audits.
