• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Minimum 2 years in accounting or a full-cycle role with AR experience.
• Strong understanding of the full accounting cycle and GAAP.
• Proficient with QuickBooks Online and intermediate Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full AR cycle including invoicing and payment application.
• Monitor aging and support collections.
• Record daily transactions and cash activity.
• Perform bank and account reconciliations and ensure audit-ready documentation.
• Assist month-end close and contribute to process improvements.
