Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 5+ years of leadership experience.
• Experience in NFP and for-profit sectors; CPA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting activities.
• Oversee monthly close processes, financial reviews, and executive-level reporting.
• Partner with leadership to develop annual operating and capital budgets.
• Manage cash flow, audit coordination, internal controls, and financial policies.
• Supervise finance team members and support organizational growth initiatives.
