Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum: Associate’s degree in health care administration, business management or finance or equivalent healthcare revenue cycle experience.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in health care administration, business management or finance or equivalent healthcare revenue cycle experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise revenue cycle AR team activities for timely resolution of outstanding insurance claims.
• Contribute to decisions affecting workflows and assist with implementation.
• Manage HR, vendor relations and client relations; oversee performance and staffing.
• Monitor productivity and quality; coach and develop staff; set performance expectations.
• Communicate with management and staff to facilitate information flow and process improvements.
• Develop and monitor goals aligned with organizational strategy and industry metrics.
