Lucid Motors in Fremont, CA is seeking an Accounts Receivable Coordinator to support the Body Repair Program. You will manage invoicing, payment tracking, and collections across the certified repair network to ensure accurate billing and timely cash flow.

In this role, you will collaborate with Finance and the Body Repair Program team, monitor aging, and help drive process improvements while maintaining brand-aligned communications with shops and vendors.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in accounts receivable, billing or a related finance role.
• Experience in dealership, OEM, or automotive repair environments preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient with Excel and ERP/financial systems.
• Excellent communication with shops, vendors, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue invoices to certified body shops for program costs.
• Track AR and reconcile payments with Finance.
• Monitor aging reports and follow up on overdue balances with shops.
• Coordinate with Body Repair Program to factor balances into certification/training.
• Support quarterly/annual reporting on receivables and trends.
• Assist with process improvements to improve billing accuracy.
