Qualifications

• Experience using ERP or accounting software; Microsoft Excel and Office experience required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full accounts receivable portfolio and collect outstanding balances.
• Process invoices, apply payments, and reconcile accounts accurately.
• Prepare aging and financial reports; assist month-end close as needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service and coordinate with Sales, CS, and Operations.
