Patterson Companies, Inc. is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage timely collections for branch AR, analyze delinquent balances, and determine action plans.

The role involves frequent outreach to customers and coordination with Branch Managers, Sales Representatives, CSRs, and Equipment Coordinators. The successful candidate will support branch statements, research discrepancies, and contribute to process improvements while maintaining a customer-first mindset and strong teamwork

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Positive contribution to AR/Shared Services team.
• Attention to detail with multitasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Shift availability 7am-5pm CST, Monday to Friday.
• Daily collection calls and written communications with customers.
• Provide analytical support for customer statements and branch requests.
• Research and resolve statement discrepancies with OTC Cash Processors.
• Manage delinquent accounts while maintaining customer service.
• Collaborate with Branch Managers, Sales Reps, CSRs and Equipment Coordinators.
• Build relationships with branches and Patterson teams.
• Suggest continuous process improvement ideas.
• Support AR Manager and Shared Services Director as needed.
