Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Positively contribute to AR and Shared Services team environment.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word)

Responsibilities

• Daily collection calls and written collection communication with customers.
• Research and reconcile customer statements and requests.
• Collaborate with Branch Managers, Sales Representatives and Equipment Coordinators.
• Maintain detailed records of all collection activity and report to AR Supervisor.
• Provide customer and branch analytical support for AR Manager and Shared Services Director.
• Engage in process improvement ideas.
