RGP is seeking an Accounts Receivable and Collections Manager in Arlington, Texas, to lead a high-priority initiative focused on improving collections performance and reducing DSO. The role oversees an eight+ person team and collaborates across finance and technology during NetSuite remediation efforts.

You will develop dashboards, executive briefings for the CFO, and define operating discipline with cross-functional stakeholders for sustained impact.

• Leadership experience in Accounts Receivable and collections.
• Proven ability to reduce DSO and improve cash performance.
• Experience with NetSuite and ERP-related finance processes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead eight+ person Collections team and set day-to-day direction.
• Assess multi-million AR portfolio and reserve exposure.
• Prioritize high-value collection opportunities to improve cash realization.
• Establish consistent collection cadences and dispute-management practices.
• Build AR Control Tower with customer segmentation and KPI dashboards.
• Prepare executive briefings for CFO and stakeholders.
• Develop reliable reporting and executive visibility dashboards.
• Identify root-cause issues in NetSuite, billing, and data.
