Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Systems.
• 6-8 years related experience in AR or collections.
• Prior team leadership experience.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage AR portfolio and related processes per Samsung policies and customer requirements.
• Review accounts within portfolio with team for data accuracy and timely follow-up.
• Collaborate with customers on collection issues; advise on status or legal steps.
• Lead and coach staff; manage KPIs, workload, and performance reviews.
• Maintain accurate customer profiles; ensure cross-training for coverage.
• Escalate issues to upper management with clear communication.
• Develop analyses and reporting using SAP, Excel, Tableau, PowerPoint.
• Drive process improvements and efficiencies across AR workflows.
