Easterseals Blake Foundation is seeking an Accounts Receivable specialist to manage billing reimbursements and payer communications in a busy healthcare environment in Arizona. The role emphasizes accuracy, timely postings, and collaboration with Medical Billing and EHR systems.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Accounting or Business Administration, or HS/GED with 3 years AR experience.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Responsabilités

• Reconcile AR from customer level to the general ledger.
• Prepare adjustment entries and review AR aging.
• Maintain AR payors in the EHR system.
• Write appeals and communicate with payors on reimbursement issues.
• Coordinate with Medical Billing to ensure timely funds.
• Provide weekly AR status reports to management.
• Assist with collections as needed.
• Recommend AR process improvements.
• Participate in professional development and maintain agency-wide communication.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
