Responsibilities For The Accounts Receivable Specialist Position

• Manage invoicing and billing for multiple programs across the organization
• Ensure accurate processing of billing, adjustments, and client statements
• Maintain current and accurate billing records within the accounting system
• Perform monthly AR reconciliations and assist with quarterly reporting packages
• Generate reports as required by internal processes or external guidelines
• Track and communicate rate changes, discrepancies, or payment issues to management
• Handle outbound communication related to billing inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
• Coordinate internally with team members to ensure billing accuracy and data alignment
• Ad hoc projects as needed
  
  

Experience

• 2+ years of billing or accounts receivable experience in a professional setting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPS, etc.)
• Ability to manage repetitive tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy
• Strong organizational skills
• Good communication skills and a commitment to courteous client service
