Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years AR/Billing experience preferred.
• Pay application, lien waiver, and contract management experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and terminology; strong math skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Invoice assigned customers timely and accurately.
• Resolve customer inquiries and discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Document resolutions and maintain billing records.
• Verify invoice procedures and validate customer contracts.
• Establish and maintain cooperative relationships with customers.
• Collaborate with Field, Collections, Sales, and AR teams to ensure payments within terms.
• Escalate complex issues to supervisors using templates.
• Communicate with internal and external customers.
• Participate in governance calls and daily huddles.
• Act as a resource for other functions within AWP and provide training as needed.
