Job summary

Airoldi Brothers, Inc. is seeking an AR Billing and Collections Specialist to manage invoices, payments, and collections for our Wisconsin-based operations. You will generate accurate invoices, process payments, reconcile accounts, and work with internal teams to resolve discrepancies.

Experience in accounts receivable, billing, or collections, solid Excel skills, and strong communication are essential. This role supports a family-oriented, long-standing company with competitive benefits.
