Job summary

Augeo Affinity Marketing, Inc. is seeking an AR Accountant to support billing, cash receipts, invoicing, and collections in a hybrid work environment.

You will compile billing info, post receipts, review project invoicing, and assist with month-end close while maintaining strong relationships across the organization. The role requires accurate, detail-oriented accounting work, with hands-on experience in Excel and familiarity with Dynamics 365, 2–4 years’ related experience, and an associates

• Experience with accounting software; Dynamics 365 a plus.
• Dependable and professional demeanor at all times.
• Maintain professional relationships with all levels of management.
• Effective written and oral communication.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Associates Degree in Accounting or related field.
• Bookkeeping experience.
• 2-4 years related work experience.

Summary

The AR Accounting position plays a key role in the company generating sales orders and sales invoices, posting

cash receipts, supporting the collections process, assisting with month-end close and account reconciliations,

maintaining records, and supporting day-to-day operations of the accounting department.

You’ll spend your days on the following

• Compile and review billing information

What you need to be successful in this role

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams
• Experience with accounting software, Microsoft Dynamics 365 a plus
• Dependable and ability to maintain professional demeanor at all times
• Maintain professional relationships with all levels of management
• Ability to communicate effectively both written and oral
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Associates Degree in Accounting (or relevant field of study) or equivalent in private sector accounting or
• Bookkeeping experience
• 2-4 years related work experience
