KW Property Management & Consulting is seeking an Accounts Receivable and Payables Support Associate in Florida. The role concentrates on recording, storing and analyzing financial data, providing AR/AP support to management, and maintaining association portfolios with strict SOP adherence.
The position requires 3–5 years of related experience, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office and accounting systems. It is a full-time office role with standard business hours.
The Accounts Receivable and Payables Support Associate is responsible for maintaining records in accounts within the accounting system in accordance with KWPMC policies. The position is fundamental and as such requires following established policies and procedures with a high level of organizational skills, attention to detail, solid time management and good interpersonal skills
