Job summary

Condux-International, Inc. is seeking an Accounting Specialist in Mankato, MN to support AR/AP activities, invoicing, and financial reconciliations. The role involves maintaining records, processing invoices, posting payments, and assisting with audits and tax reporting.

The position requires an Associate degree in accounting or related field, ERP experience, and strong Excel skills. It is a Monday–Friday schedule with a flexible edge and a non-exempt FLSA status.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration; equivalent experience considered.
• Accounts receivable and accounts payable experience with invoicing and cash application.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and internal controls familiarity.
• Advanced Excel skills and ERP experience are required.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and urgency.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue customer invoices and credit memos per procedures.
• Post payments, research unapplied/misapplied cash receipts.
• Monitor AR aging and assist with collections in a customer-friendly manner.
• Process vendor invoices and coordinate timely payments per terms.
• Reconcile accounts, perform journal entries, and support month-end close.
