Job summary

SAFE Boats International, located in Bremerton, WA, seeks an AR and AP Specialist to handle payables, receivables, and light ledger work. You will liaise with vendors, process invoices, and maintain documentation in a tight-knit finance team.

Qualifications

• Associates or bachelor’s degree in accounting; 5+ years performing accounts payable and/or accounts receivable preferred.
• Experience with ERP accounting software and MS Office suite required.
• Manufacturing environment experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable in a timely manner.
• Prepare vendor checks and handle weekly check runs.
• Enter invoices for payment and maintain vendor files.
• Support general ledger tasks and month-end close activities.
