Job summary

HOALiving in Draper, UT seeks a qualified Accounts Receivable & Payable specialist to manage billing, payments, and vendor accounts. Under supervision of the Controller, you will apply payments, process invoices, and reconcile accounts to ensure accurate financial records.

The role requires strong Excel skills, basic accounting knowledge, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a busy office environment while communicating effectively with clients and colleagues.

Qualifications

• High School with two years’ experience directly related to the knowledge, skills, and responsibilities specified.
• Associate’s degree preferred with a strong background in accounting and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Process all payments (scanning, ACH and electronic).
• Pay all bills and manage vendor accounts.
• Utilize accounting software system.
• Resolves account discrepancies by investigating documentation.
• Process account adjustments.
• Analyze and solve problems related to all aspects of accounts receivable and payable.
• Create new client accounts.
• Reconcile monthly bank statements.
