Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Accounting; CPA/CA/ACCA preferred.
• 3+ years of accounting experience in finance.
• Strong knowledge of AR/AP processes and month-end close.
• Excellent Excel and numerical accuracy.
• Good written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer invoicing and accounts receivable processes.
• Monitor AR aging and follow up on overdue balances.
• Handle vendor invoices and accounts payable transactions.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with month-end closing and reconciliations.
• Support audits and compliance documentation.
• Assist transition of AP processes from overseas to local team.
• Cross-train across accounting functions for coverage.
