Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting required.
• 3–5 years of related experience with GL and high‑volume transaction processing.
• Proficient with GAAP and financial reporting.
• Strong attention to detail and deadlines.
• Experience with Workday and Nimble AMS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process payments and apply payments in Nimble AMS and AMS.
• Reconcile general ledger accounts and prepare journal entries.
• Oversee VEBA financial operations and monthly reconciliations.
• Maintain accrual tracking and assist year‑end close.
